I photographed the impressive architecture of Penn State’s Old Main Building looking through the elegant curves of the armillary sphere, which is located on the terrace directly in front of the building. It was a gift from the Class of 1966.
The sphere is often mistaken for the Class of 1915’s sundial that is actually located further out in the center of the Old Main lawn.
This unusual view has quickly become a favorite with Penn Staters everywhere. It’s finished with my signature B&W/Browntone blend.
